All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days depending on your location.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services across India to ensure timely delivery of your order. Delivery is available in most pin codes throughout the country.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India. International shipping will be made available soon.

6. Delays and Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to high demand, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues. We will keep you informed via email or SMS in such cases.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. FITT INDIA is not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
