Refund Policy – FITT INDIA

1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds for products that are:
- Damaged or defective upon delivery
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong product)
- Unopened and returned within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used health and wellness products
- Items marked as final sale or promotional offers
- Digital or downloadable products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the item (if damaged or wrong)
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review and provide return instructions. Items must be shipped back to us within 5 days after approval.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
